Here’s a fun, easy Pizza Pot recipe—basically a layered, baked pizza-in-a-bowl that’s super cheesy and customizable.


Pizza Pot Recipe

Servings: 4
Prep: 10 min | Bake: 15–18 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage or pepperoni
  • ½ cup cooked ground beef (optional)
  • ½ cup mushrooms or bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni) or biscuit dough pieces
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 375°F (190°C).
    Grease oven-safe ramekins or small bowls.
  2. Layer ingredients:
    • Spoon sauce on the bottom.
    • Add pasta or dough pieces.
    • Layer meat, veggies, and cheese.
    • Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
  3. Season:
    • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
  4. Bake:
    • Place ramekins on a baking sheet.
    • Bake 15–18 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  5. Serve:
    • Let cool 3–5 minutes.
    • Serve with garlic bread or salad.

Variations

  • Pepperoni pizza pot: Pepperoni + mozzarella + marinara
  • Meat lovers: Sausage, pepperoni, bacon
  • Veggie: Spinach, olives, onions, peppers
  • Low-carb: Skip pasta/dough and load up on meat & veggies

Air Fryer Option

  • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
