Honey Butter Chicken Wings

Posted on March 28, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple, flavorful recipe for Honey Butter Chicken Wings — crispy, sweet, and buttery!

🍗 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings, split at the joints
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: cayenne or smoked paprika for a little heat

🥄 Instructions

1. Prepare the Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels — helps them crisp up.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.

2. Bake the Wings

  1. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment.
  2. Bake 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

3. Make the Honey Butter Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add honey and garlic, stirring until smooth. Cook 1–2 minutes, careful not to burn the honey.

4. Toss and Serve

  1. Place baked wings in a large bowl.
  2. Pour honey butter sauce over wings and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or veggies.

✅ Tips

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes after baking.
  • Can also air-fry wings at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes for faster cooking.
  • Add fresh herbs like thyme or parsley on top for garnish.

If you want, I can give a one-pan stovetop version of honey butter wings that’s ready in under 20 minutes — no oven needed. Do you want me to do that?
